Every fact, date and figure here comes from a published source — his own storefront at filayyyy.com, his own social accounts, or a named publication. Where sources disagree, the disagreement is stated rather than resolved in his favour. If you believe something is wrong, tell us and cite your source.
Nothing is sold on this site. Merchandise is sold only through filayyyy.com, which is operated on Shopify and has its own terms and its own privacy policy. Bookings, partnerships and academy sessions are agreed directly and separately.
An enquiry is not a booking. A booking exists only when the date, the scope and the fee are confirmed in writing by both sides. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed per engagement and are not published.
The names Filayyyy and Jesse Jones Jr., the Filayyyy script logo, and his image and voice are his. You may not use them to advertise, endorse or imply association with any product, service, event or organisation without written permission.
This applies to merchandise, promotional material, event billing, thumbnails, and synthetic or AI-generated versions of his voice or likeness alike. The voice is the business; cloning it is not permitted.
Accounts, stores and pages not operated by him or his team are not authorised, and nothing posted on them is endorsed. The official accounts are listed on the contact page and on his own Linktree. Do not send money to any account claiming to be him.
The text and layout of this site belong to us. The photographs belong to him and are reproduced from his own storefront and his own social posts. Third-party company logos on the partners page belong to those companies and are shown only to identify a published partnership. You may read, link to and quote pages with attribution; you may not republish the site or present its content as your own.
The site is provided as-is for information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. For confirmed bookings, liability is limited to the fee paid for that booking. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
